MAG boxes are simple set-top boxes made for IPTV. There is no app to install: you just enter a portal address and the channels load by themselves. These steps work on all MAG models, including the 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 424 and 524.
Quick answer: send us your MAC address → in the MAG box go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals → enter the portal URL we send you → save and restart.
Step 1 — Send us your MAC address
A MAG box doesn't use a username and password. It connects with a portal URL that is linked to the box's MAC address, a code like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.
Find the MAC address on the sticker under or behind the box (it is also shown in the box's settings). Send it to us through support on WhatsApp or email, together with your order reference. We link it to your subscription and send you your portal URL.
Step 2 — Open the settings
Turn on the MAG box. When the loading screen appears, press SET (or SETUP) on the remote to open Settings.
Step 3 — Go to Portals
Choose System settings, then Servers, then Portals.
Step 4 — Add the portal
- Portal 1 name: type any name, for example
TVPrime4K. - Portal 1 URL: type the portal URL we sent you, exactly as written. Check every character: one mistake stops it working.
Press OK to save.
Step 5 — Save and restart
Press EXIT and choose Restart portal (or switch the box off and on). The channel list loads after the restart.
Troubleshooting
- "Your STB is blocked" or "STB not found": the MAC address isn't linked yet, or it was typed wrongly. Check it against the sticker and contact support.
- The portal won't load: re-check the portal URL, including the
http://at the start and any/c/at the end. - Channels buffer: use a network cable instead of Wi-Fi if you can. MAG boxes work best wired.
