DMCA & Copyright Policy
TVPrime4K respects the rights of content owners. This page explains how to report a copyright concern and what happens next.
Our commitment
TVPrime4K provides access to live channels and on-demand content under licences and distribution agreements with rights holders. We take copyright seriously and act quickly on any valid report that content available through our service infringes someone's rights.
This policy follows the notice-and-takedown process of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). We handle copyright notices sent under UK and EU law, including the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, in the same way.
How to report copyright infringement
If you own the rights to content, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe it is available through TVPrime4K without permission, send us a written notice that includes:
- Your full name, organisation (if any), postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- Enough detail for us to find the material: for example the channel name, programme title, date and time, or the web address where it appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send your notice
Email your notice to contact@tvprime4k.net with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. You can also reach us through our support page.
Incomplete notices may delay our response, so please include every item listed above.
What happens after we receive a notice
- We review every complete notice promptly and confirm we have received it.
- If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material identified.
- Where a customer is affected, we let them know and give them the chance to send a counter-notice.
- We keep a record of every notice and the action we took.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentified, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material unless they tell us within the period allowed by law that they have started legal action.
Repeat infringers and account misuse
Subscriptions are for personal use only. Recording, restreaming, sharing access details or reselling any part of the service without our written permission is not allowed. We suspend or close accounts that are used to infringe copyright, and we permanently close the accounts of repeat infringers. See our Terms of Service.
Trademarks
Channel names, logos, programme titles and app names shown on this website belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe content and compatible devices, and their use does not imply endorsement.
False or misleading notices
Please make sure content really infringes your rights before sending a notice. Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a materially false claim in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
