How requests are reviewed

Each refund request is reviewed individually against this policy and any applicable consumer protection law. We will confirm the outcome of your request, and — where a refund is approved — the method and expected timing, directly with you.

Free trials

Trials are provided free of charge and are not a paid order, so no payment is taken and no refund applies to a trial itself.
