Information we collect

Depending on how you use TVPrime4K, we may collect: your name, email address and phone number; your account password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text); details you submit when starting a trial or placing a subscription order, such as selected plan, device type and connection quantity; information about your orders and the payment method you select at checkout (TVPrime4K does not collect card numbers directly); support messages and any attachments you send us; and standard technical information such as login activity and session data needed to keep your account secure.

How we use this information

We use this information to create and manage your account, to process free trials, orders and subscriptions, to provide setup guidance and respond to support requests, and to send service-related communications such as order, payment, trial and security notices. Where you have not opted out in your account notification preferences, we may also send occasional subscription reminders or service announcements.

Email delivery

Account and order-related emails are sent through Brevo, our email delivery provider.

Protecting forms from abuse

Public forms on this site, such as registration, free trial signups and support, use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify that submissions are not automated.

Analytics

Website analytics are disabled by default. Where an administrator has enabled analytics, this site uses either Google Analytics 4 or Plausible; see our Cookie Policy for details.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account, order or support record needs it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as we are required to by law.
