How to Set Up IPTV on a Formuler Box

Formuler Z boxes (Z8, Z10, Z11 and others) come with MyTVOnline, an app built for IPTV with a full TV guide. You connect it with a portal URL, so there is nothing extra to install.

Quick answer: send us your MAC address → open MyTVOnline → add a new service (or edit the existing one) → enter the portal URL we send you → save and restart the app.

Step 1 — Send us your MAC address

A Formuler box doesn't use a username and password. It connects with a portal URL that is linked to the box's MAC address, a code like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.

Find the MAC address on the sticker under or behind the box (it is also shown in the box's settings). Send it to us through support on WhatsApp or email, together with your order reference. We link it to your subscription and send you your portal URL.

Step 2 — Open MyTVOnline

From the Formuler home screen, open the MyTVOnline app.

Step 3 — Add or edit a service

Open the service list and choose Edit service (or Add portal on newer versions), then Edit.

Step 4 — Enter the portal details

• Service name: type any name, for example TVPrime4K.
• Service URL: type the portal URL we sent you, exactly as written.

Step 5 — Save and restart

Select Connect or OK to save, then close and reopen MyTVOnline. Your channels and TV guide load on the next start.

Troubleshooting

• "Portal not found" or "Authorisation failed": the MAC address isn't linked yet, or doesn't match. Check it against the sticker on the box, then contact support.
• No TV guide: wait a few minutes after the first connection, then refresh the EPG in MyTVOnline's settings.
