What you will need
- MAC Address
- Device Key
Use the device identifiers shown inside the player app so the service can be linked to that device.
Setup steps for BOB Player

Install or open BOB Player on the supported Smart TV, Android TV or streaming device.

On the app screen, note both the MAC address and Device Key exactly as displayed.

Open the official BOB Player device/playlist management page in a browser.

Enter the MAC address and Device Key to identify the device.

Add the playlist or account details supplied with your TVPrime4K subscription and save the changes.

Return to the device and restart or refresh BOB Player.

Wait for the playlist to appear, then test Live TV and confirm the categories load correctly.
