What you will need

Use the service login details provided with your active subscription.

Setup steps for TiviMate

  1. 1

    Install or open TiviMate on your Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV or compatible streaming device.

  2. 2

    Choose Add Playlist from the TiviMate start screen.

  3. 3

    Choose Xtream Codes when you have a server URL, username and password; choose M3U only when you were specifically given an M3U playlist URL.

  4. 4

    Enter the server URL, username and password exactly as provided, without adding spaces.

  5. 5

    Give the playlist a recognizable name such as TVPrime4K and continue.

  6. 6

    Allow TiviMate to finish loading channels and programme guide data before browsing.

  7. 7

    Open Live TV and test a channel; if the guide is still empty, wait a few minutes and refresh the EPG from TiviMate settings.
